Best for PUR liquid hot cleaner for reticular PUR adhesives
Best for PUR liquid hot cleaner is a greasy liquid based on high-boiling polyols for cleaning components, i.e. machine parts, stained by polyurethane or other reactive melting adhesives. The Best for PUR liquid hot cleaner will be heated to 180°C (avoid overheating) in the Best for PUR thermal oil tank which is fitted with two thermostats.
Subsequently the dirty parts will remain in the liquid hot cleaner for approx. 0,5 to max. 4 hours. Thereafter all hotmelt remains should be dissolved to a point where they can be removed easily under running water. Before reusing the cleaned parts they should be dry and free of any remaining cleansing material. The Best for PUR liquid hot cleaner is suitable for multiple use.
